There are many commonly used drill bit models and parameters.  I recommend some common drill bit models and parameters for you.

PDC drill bit:

Diameter: The diameter of a drill bit refers to the diameter at its top, measured in millimeters.

Length: The length of a drill bit refers to its length from the top to the tip, in millimeters.

Flutes: The number of blades of a drill bit refers to the number of blades, usually 2, 3, 4, or 6.

Helix Angle: The helix angle of a drill bit refers to the helix angle of its blade, measured in degrees.

Point Angle: The top angle of a drill bit refers to the angle of its tip, measured in degrees.
